Year Two’s Liturgy
Our amazing Year 2 children have performed their end of year liturgy for their families and the rest of the school over the last couple of days. They read, sang and danced beautifully and with such confidence. Thank you to everyone who came along to support them. We are so proud of them all.
Well Done Year Two!
Well done to Year 2 who have had a very busy week completing their SATs, everyone worked super hard and we are all very proud of them. They had a lovely picnic in the garden to celebrate.
Year Two Easter Story Performance
‘Cracking’ Time in Year Two for Green Treat
Year 2 had a ‘cracking’ time in Green Treat today, competing in a jarping competition. They were all good sports and cheered on their friends. Well done to our winners.
Bishop Chadwick KS1 Maths Challenge
This afternoon some of our wonderful Year 2 children were invited to St Aidan’s VI Form in Sunderland to take part in the Bishop Chadwick KS1 Maths Challenge.
Our talented mathematicians met children from many of the other schools in our trust and completed some very tricky number challenges where they used their fantastic reasoning skills to solve some extremely complex problems.
We are super proud of them, they did a fantastic job!
Science Day 2022
Throughout school, the children have taken part in different workshops to help them explore Science further. Each class visited two different workshops and conducted some experiments to learn more. The children have had a fantastic day and enjoyed all of the activities planned.

Number Day 2022
We have all had a fantastic number day in school today celebrating all things number. The children have enjoyed completing a range of maths related problems and tasks and loved showing their number costumes around school. A fantastic day has been had by all!
