 Acts 4
Year 4 studied Acts 4 today exploring the faith and strength of Peter and John. Despite the officials tell them to stop they bravely continued to spread the Good News. Today in groups we shared our ideas and agreed what we would want to speak out against. The children had lots of ideas on things they wish they could change to make a difference in our world. It was evident that our future is in safe hands with children who want to make this world a better place.

Throughout school, the children have taken part in different workshops to help them explore Science further. Each class visited two different workshops and conducted some experiments to learn more. The children have had a fantastic day and enjoyed all of the activities planned.

Last week, Year Four spent time thinking about the current situation around the world and decided that they would like to send some love and support to the people of Ukraine to encourage them to keep going and have hope. They created some beautiful cards which are going to be sent out to Ukraine in the hope that they will bring with them a sense of optimism and the fact that they know that they are supported and loved.
Year Four, we are so proud of how thoughtful you are!

Our children have had a fantastic World Book Day today. It has been lovely being able to celebrate all together again in school and we have loved seeing the children’s happy smiling faces as they came into school dressed up.
Thank you to our wonderful staff for their effort today and most importantly, thank you to our parents for your support with this!
We would like to share with you some photographs from the day but also a story that we have created together as a school. Due to not being able to celebrate together recently, we decided to create something which would unite the whole school and decided that this would be a lovely way to reunite our lovely school community. Each class was given 10 minutes to write a part of the story and worked together to create this final piece. We are so proud of our school and the children for producing such a lovely piece of writing. Well done team Aloysius!
